  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after your return is approved.

  • For Afterpay and Klarna, your payment schedule will be updated or cancelled automatically once the refund is processed.

 

Refunds may take longer depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

 

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • Double-check your payment details or contact your bank or card provider.

  • Orders are not processed until successful payment is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 48 hours of checkout.
