3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch, depending on the shipping partner.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over AUD $75.

Orders under this amount incur a flat rate of AUD $6.95.

Express delivery (where available) may include an additional cost, which will be shown at checkout.
5. International Fulfilment
To bring you the best prices and product variety, some of our items are shipped directly from our global partners (mainly in China).
We carefully select these partners to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery to Australia.
All prices on our website are in AUD and include GST.
You will not be charged additional import duties or taxes for domestic orders within Australia.
6. Delays & Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend or refund your order according to your preference.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Andrew & Kate Sydney cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
8. Split Shipments
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately to speed up delivery.
You will receive a tracking number for each package.
